Daisy Dukes Metairie: A Cajun Brunch Haven

What I always enjoy most is my server Teresa. She makes me want to come back as her spirit and energy is always top notch and she treats everyone the same. Always a good heart felt conversation as well. You go girl!!!

Great Southern Food at Reasonable prices. We went two times in 1 week! A+

This is one of those situations where the staff carried them to 4 stars overall and if it wasnt for that it would be 2 or 3 stars. The staff was very very good. Checking on me and my infant son, making sure my coffee was always topped up, and explaining that they only had one cook so food was taking a while. It did take a while. Id say atleast 45 mins from ordering. I didnt have anywhere to be really but with a 10month old its always kinda iffy sitting anywhere for to long. The staff was great though and that made all the difference. I got migas which were avg at best. Good amount of food but sort of bland. Id go again maybe for something different. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks to all the waitresses.

So it's a hard plate to make look good, but the country fried steak here is delicious. Really large portion and tastes awesome. The biscuit was also large and not too dry and the grits had a good consistency. There was a sign that said they had the best Bloody Mary so we got those too. They were definitely good, but I have had better in the area. We will be back here again.

Food is very good! In fact they make some of the best crab cakes I’ve ever had. Eggs Benedict was good, and I’m considering the “Crabby Benedict” which is no longer on the menu, but evidently still orderable could be just as good if not better. Today the best order award goes to the Banana Foster French toast which was exquisite! Wife and kids absolutely loved it.

We were searching for breakfast on New Years day and this was one of the few places listed as open...From the outside it doesn't look like much but from the inside it was warm, inviting, great service, great people,lovely decor, large portions, delicious food and a good variety. The homemade biscuits were some of the best I've ever had!

Listen, I was having a hard day because I was tired shopping ugh so expensive.. then I was starving so I was headed home and saw this bright yellow and black sign saying Daisy Dukes lol. Had to stop.. it’s like a little mom and pop restaurant.. so intimate. They weren’t busy so I was worried cause that could mean the food wasn’t good… MAN WAS I WRONG WRONG WRONG.. it’s like a mixture of Mexican and American… I had the meatlovers omelette with pancakes and grits… I’ll give the entire meal 8/10…. I didn’t think to take pics before but um I’ll let the after pics do the job lol. The pancakes are big lol. I just couldn’t eat all of it . So much food.. oooohhh and she made me a blueberry lemonade from scratch… 10/10… and she brought this huge cup of it and brought listen look at the picture lol I’ll be back

Just the cutest lil place with the sweetest waitresses my first time today and I will be back! I did come back a few weeks later. Disappointing OUT OF BISCUITS, poboy bread was stale chorizo bean dip tasteless service was not good spent $45 so disappointing today
